Celebrating Our 55th Anniversary in 2004!

The Friedman family business in Schroon Lake dates back to 1921 when Charles and Mary Friedman operated a sportswear business in the same location in which Friedman Realty is housed today. Their son, M. Leo Friedman, locally known as "Moe", practiced law and became involved in real estate in 1949. Janet, his wife, also worked in the business as a real estate broker. Both retired in the early 1980's.Over the past decade Friedman Realty has grown and expanded. Today with 3 offices - Schroon Lake, Pottersville and Elizabethstown - our friendly and well trained professional staff is ready to help you search and find your Adirondack property. Friedman Realty also has vast experience in land development and extensive knowledge pertaining to land use regulations within the Adirondack Park.

Friedman Realty is headed by Joel and Roger Friedman. Joel has over 30 years of experience and has attained the Graduate Realtor's Institute designation. Roger has been in the family business for 20 years and also has acheived the GRI designation.
